Archery Mastery is a heroic tier feat available to characters with a leveled ranger at-will attack power.
When a character gains the Archery Mastery feat, he or she loses any one leveled ranger at-will attack power, and gains any one of the powers granted by the hunter class feature Expert Archer: aimed shot, clever shot, or rapid shot.[Dr400]
