Arena Champion is a paragon path introduced in Dragon Magazine 368 article We Who Are About to Die...

The paragon path is mostly overlooked for character optimization, but the 16th level feature can be used in combination with other powers.[Heather, Alluring Rogue]

Prerequisite: Any martial class, one arena fighting feat, trained in Intimidate

Arena Champion Features[]

Awing Action (11th level): When you spend an action point, each enemy you hit this turn takes a -2 penalty to defenses until the end of your next turn.

Study Foe (11th level): When you take the Total defense action, you gain a bonus to your next attack roll equal to half your Charisma modifier or half your wisdom modifier until the end of your next turn.

Effect: Make a Basic attack with your weapon. On a hit, the target is also weakened until the end of your next turn.

Trigger: You are reduced to 0 or fewer hit points

Effect: Spend a healing surge.

Seize Opening (16th level): Whenever you successfully use Bluff to gain combat advantage in combat, you can make a basic attack against that target as a free action.

Bloodletting Strike

Daily ✦ Keywords: reliable, weapon

Range: Melee or Ranged weapon

Effect: Make a basic attack with your weapon. On a hit, the attack deals an additional 2[W] damage, and the target takes ongoing 10 damage and a -2 penalty to all defenses against you (save ends both.)
