Axe Expertise is a heroic tier feat available to all player characters.
A character with the Axe Expertise feat gains a feat bonus to weapon attack rolls using an axe equal to +1, or +2 at 11th level, or +3 at 21st level. Additionally, when rolling damage for a weapon attack using an axe, if any die shows a natural roll of 1, a character with the Axe Expertise feat can reroll that single die and use the second roll.[HotFL:310][HotFK:310]
