Effect: You assume the back to back stance. Until the stance ends, while you are adjacent to an ally, you and the ally gain a +1 bonus to attack rolls.

Flanking is easy to achieve and provides a better bonus. There's some circumstances where flanking isn't possible letting this power shine... sort of. Even in those circumstances, +1 isn't that impressive.
