Trigger: You bloody an enemy or reduce it to 0 hit points.
Effect: You make a saving throw against one effect that a save can end, with a bonus equal to your Charisma modifier (minimum +1).
Barbaric Offering is an encounter utility power available to Barbarians at the 10th level. When the user bloodies or reduces a foe to 0 hit points, they may make a saving throw. [PrP:16]
