Battlewise is a heroic tier feat available to all player characters.
Normally, a character rolls initiative by adding half the character's level, rounded down, any bonuses or penalties to initiative, and the character's Dexterity modifier to a 1d20 roll. A character with the Battlewise feat may use the character's Wisdom modifier instead of the Dexterity modifier.[HotFK:310]
