Hit: 2[W] + Intelligence modifier radiant damage. Each enemy adjacent to you other than the target is immobilizied until the end of your next turn.
Aegis of Assault: When you use your aegis of assault to teleport and make an attack, you can use this power in place of the basic melee attack.
