Hit: 2[W] + Intelligence modifier fire damage.

Effect: The user's melee attacks deal extra fire damage equal to his or her Strength modifier until the end of the encounter.

Burning blade is a 1st-level swordmage daily attack power. It deals fire damage to a target if it hits. Hit or miss, burning blade also adds fire damage equal to the user's Strength modifier to his or her melee attacks for the rest of the encounter.^[FRPG:28]
