Effect: Until the end of the encounter, each target gains a +2 bonus to skill checks made to aid another. When a target aids attack, aids defense, or successfully aids another, he or she grants a +3 bonus instead of a +2 bonus to the roll.[AP:8]
Clockwork Precision is a 2nd-level Bard daily utility power designed to make it easier to aid allies in skill checks and attacks.
It is rated an average choice by character optimization, being useful during skill challenges. However, it is not rated as useful during combat as it consumes the standard action.[Charop Bard]

This power received a generic "Revise the Effect entry", with only a description why it was made. The revision clarifies that it can work with aid attack and aid defense rather than the general aid another
