Prerequisite: Athletics trained

Effect: make two consecutive Athletics checks to jump, with a +5 power bonus to each. You don’t have to land between the jumps and can exceed your normal movement.[PH:125]

Cloud jump is an encounter power available to rogues at 22nd level.

It is rated as a poor choice, as it doesn't necessarily give you a running start required to improve distance, and without that, you need at least a 60+ on both athletics checks to exceed normal movement. If you did have the running start, you would only need 30+ on the checks (on par with a moderate DC), but it may be easier to obtain a form of flight instead. [Charop rogue]
