Hit: "2[W] + Strength modifier damage, and you push the target a number of squares equal to your Intelligence modifier. Whenever a pull, a push, or a slide forces the target to move, one of your allies can make a basic attack against the target as a free action as an opportunity action (save ends)."^{[U :5/2010]}

Miss: "Half damage, and you push the target 1 square."^[MP2:85]

Create a target is a daily power available to warlords at 1st level.

CharOp Evaluation: Variable. Average on it's own, but Great with forced movement support. ^{[Char-op Warlord]}

The fact that a save ends make this power very unreliable, lasting only 1-2 turns on average. That said, it's very powerful while it lasts, especially when combined with forced movement. Consider it if your team has a lot of that available.
