Deadly Distraction

Melee or Ranged weapon

Target: One creature

Attack: Strength vs. AC

Hit: 2[W] + Strength modifier damage. Until the end of your next turn, you and each ally adjacent to the target do not provoke opportunity attacks from it.

Deadly Distraction is an encounter power available to warlords at 3rd level.

Deadly Distraction was first introduced in Martial Power 2.

CharOp Evaluation: Average [Char-op Warlord]

The ability to negate Opportunity Attacks has implications outside of the fact ranged characters can shoot them in the face, especially in regards to movement. It's a decent pick, but not very impressive.
