“This darkness is my home, and you should not have come here.”[FRPG:51]
The Underdark is a terror to most surface folk of the Forgotten Realms. Flesh-eating fungi carpet the walls, bizarre monstrosities lurk in the dark corners, and whole civilizations of evil flourish in places that has never been blessed by the Sun.[1][FRPG:51]
To Drow wanderers, this region is their home, and they know it like the back of their hand. Every bend in every cavern and every corner in every dungeon is an vantage point for avoiding dangerous traps, eliminating those mentioned monstrosities, and surviving during camping hours. They are the hunters in this underground world, and they strike from the shadows swifter than any typically Rogue.[1][FRPG:51]
