Eternal tide flurry of blows
monk feature

Special: A character can use eternal tide flurry of blows only once per round.

Trigger: the user hits with an attack during his or her own turn

Target: one creature
Level 11: one or two creatures
Level 21: one, two or three creatures

Effect: "The target takes damage equal to your Strength modifier, and you can pull the target 1 square. If the target wasn't targeted by the triggering attack, it is slowed until the end of your next turn."[HotEC:70]

Eternal tide flurry of blows is an at-will power granted to monks who select the Eternal Tide option of the Monastic Tradition class feature.
