Fireball is a 5th-level wizard daily attack power. It deals fire damage to every creature within a burst, and still deals half damage on a miss.^{[PH:161][U :E][HotFL:212][Dr401:58]}

The Essentials update and Heroes of the Fallen Lands increased fireball's damage from 3d6 + Int modifier to 4d6 + Int modifier. The "Class Compendium: The Arcanist" article in Dragon #401 republished fireball with no further changes.
