Target: the triggering enemy
Attack: Strength + 2, Constitution + 2, or Dexterity + 2 vs. Fortitude
The bonus to the attack roll increases from +2 to +4 at 11th level, and to +6 at 21st level.
Hit: "1d6 + Strength, Constitution, or Dexterity modifier fire damage.
"Increase to 2d6 + Strength, Constitution, or Dexterity modifier fire damage at 11th level, and to 3d6 + Strength, Constitution, or Dexterity modifier fire damage at 21st level."[FRPG:10]
Firepulse is a racial encounter power gained by genasi who choose the Firesoul option for the Elemental Manifestation racial trait at 1st level.

- Firepulse Master gives the power the reliable keyword, and adds 1d6 extra damage.
- Hidden Pulse (Rogue): Allows sneak attack damage
- Wielder of Piercing Flame allows rogues to ignore fire resistance or immunity from the firepulse power.
