You direct your ally’s charge, allowing him to strike a deadlier blow and push his foe backward.

Encounter ✦ martial

Trigger: An Ally charges

Effect: If the ally hits, he or she adds your Intelligence

modifier to the damage roll and pushes the attack’s target 2 squares. The ally can shift 2 squares to remain adjacent

to the target.

Get Down! is an utility power available to warlords at 6th level.

Get Down! was introduced in the Player's Handbook.

CharOp Evaluation: Poor [Charop Warlord]

This only adds a small amount of damage and forced movement to a charge, making it unimpressive from the start, but what kills it is that it triggers when the ally charges, not when they hit with the charge- meaning if the ally misses, this power is wasted. If you're absolutely dedicated to charge enabling, I could see an argument for this power, but really, there's better options.
