Guileful switch
warlord utility 6

Requirement: use on user's own turn before any other actions

Effect: "You and one ally you can see switch places in the initiative order. Your turn ends when you use this power, and the ally takes his or her next turn immediately, even if he or she has already acted during this round. You then act when your ally would have acted."[MP:107][U :7/2009]

Guileful Switch is an utility power available to warlords at 6th level.

Guileful Switch was introduced in Martial Power.

The July 2009 update modified guileful switch to require a free action on the user's turn before any other actions. Previously, guileful switch required a minor action, could be used after a standard action and a move action, and still allowed a full turn when the ally's next turn would have been. This revision was made to prevent the user from getting additional actions in a round in this way.

CharOp Evaluation: Poor [Charop Warlord]

The largest problem with this power is that you can get most of the benefits by simply delaying your action. There's certain circumstances where it's useful, such as if you've been incapacitated, but it's generally not worth using after the errata.
