Hand of blight is a 1st-level warlock at-will attack power. On a hit, the target takes Charisma- or Constitution-based necrotic and psychic damage, and grants combat advantage until the end of the user's next turn. If the user has the sorcerer-king pact, he or she can spend his or her fell might to increase the damage.
Hand of blight is granted automatically to warlocks who choose the sorcerer-king pact option for their Eldritch Pact.[DSCS:94]
