Heroes of the Forgotten Kingdoms is a 4th edition Dungeons & Dragons rulebook by Mike Mearls, Rodney Thompson, and Bill Slavicsek published on November 16, 2010. It is part of the Essentials line of rulebooks.

The book introduces simplified build options for the druid, paladin, ranger, and warlock classes, corresponding paragon paths, and new feats. The dragonborn, drow, half-elf, half-orc, human, and tiefling races are republished in the book.
