Prerequisite: Tiefling.
Benefit: You can use Charisma instead of Dexterity to determine your initiative modifier. When you hit a creature that has not yet acted in an encounter with an attack, it takes a penalty to attack rolls against you equal to your Charisma modifier until the end of your next turn.[Dr381:87]
This feat is rated as excellent for Charisma based build or classes, especially for those versions that also do not have a significant investment in Dexterity. Example of these builds include Charisma based Paladins or Warlords, and Sorcerers without a Dexterity as a secondary ability score.
