Knight's move is an encounter power available to warlords at 2nd level.

You give up your move action to donate it to someone else- this is an excellent option if you don't need to move this turn, or in a tactically advantageous position. Also, note, this is a move action, not just a move, so it could be spent on a Quarry, Oath, Curse, minor action attack, etc.
