A miniature, or mini, is a figurine used to represent a creature or character in tabletop role playing games, miniature wargames, art displays, and the like.

Dungeons & Dragons miniatures[]

The Player's Handbook Heroes line of miniatures were based on 4th edition Dungeons & Dragons rulebook descriptions of player classes and races.

Dungeons & Dragons Miniatures Game miniatures have the same scale as Wizards of the Coast's Dungeons & Dragons miniatures, tiles, and maps, so can be used for Dungeons & Dragons gameplay as well. These miniatures have round bases and 30 mm scale, that is, 30 mm represents 6 scale feet. They come in a variety of sizes, such as ones with 25 mm (5 scale feet) diameter bases to represent Medium creatures, which occupy one 5' square, and ones with 50 mm (10 scale feet) diameter bases to represent Large creatures, which occupy four 5' squares.
