Target: The triggering ally
Effect: The primary target regains hit points as if he or she had spent a healing surge. Make a secondary attack that is an area burst 2 centered on the primary target.
Secondary Target: Each enemy in burst
Attack: Wisdom vs. Will
Hit: The secondary target is stunned (save ends).
