Net Novice is a multiclass feat available to 4th level characters that have Net Training. It is parallel with Novice Power.
Similar to Novice Power, you can swap one 3rd-level or higher encounter attack power you know for the net sweep attack power.[Dr368:66]

Feat power
Range: Close burst 1
Requirement: You must be wielding a net
Target: Each creature in burst
Attack: Strength vs. Fortitude
Hit: 1[W] + Strength modifier damage, and the target is slowed and takes a -2 penalty to attack rolls until the end of your next turn.
Level 11: Increase to 2[W] damage.
Level 21: Increase to 3[W] damage.
