Opportunity Gore is a minotaur racial feat available to characters with goring charge.[Dr369:9]
When the minotaur makes an opportunity attack, the minotaur may instead use the goring charge racial power on the target without expending it (even if it was used during the encounter). The minotaur ignores the power's requirement and action type.
