Attack: Wisdom vs. Fortitude
Hit: 2d8 + Wisdom modifier lightning damage, and you push the target 3 squares. You also pull your oath of enmity target 3 squares.
Peal of Thunder is a 7th level avenger Encounter power that was introduced in the 383rd edition of the Dragon (magazine). It is intended to be used by worshippers of Kord, but there is no prerequisite requiring this.
