Pervasive Gloom is a feat, which grants a Channel Divinity power of the same name. However, it is not a divinity feat, and also does not require Channel Divinity as a class feature.

Prerequisite: Shadar-kai, any divine class, must worship the Raven Queen.

Benefit: You gain the Channel Divinity power Pervasive Gloom.

Special: Channel Divinity: You can use only one channel divinity power per encounter.

Trigger: You hit an enemy with an attack.

Effect: The burst creates a zone of shadows that last until the start of your next turn. Squares within the zone are heavily obscured. [Dr380:64]
