Effect: Until the end of the encounter, when the user changes into beast form with wild shape, he or she also becomes insubstantial and gains phasing until the end of that turn.
Phantom beast is a 22nd-level druid daily utility power. It is a beast form power that, for the rest of the encounter, causes an additional effect when the user uses wild shape to change into beast form. When the user changes into beast form with wild shape after using phantom beast, the user becomes insubstantial and phasing for the rest of the turn.[PH2:92]
