Punish the profane is a cleric encounter attack power. On a hit, a primary undead target takes radiant damage and is immobilized. On a miss, the primary target still takes half damage. In addition, hit or miss, a secondary attack against all nearby undead enemies other than the primary target deals radiant damage and pushes on a hit. Templars gain either healer's mercy, punish the profane, or turn undead at 1st level.[Dr400:127]
