Effect: The user mentally sends a message of 25 words or fewer to the target. The target can take a free action to respond in kind.
Send thoughts is a psion encounter power. Distract and send thoughts are granted to psions who choose the Telepathy Focus option for the Discipline Focus class feature. Send thoughts sends a short telepathic message to another creature, who can take a free action to respond in the same way.[PH3:82]
