Trigger: An ally make a basic attack, a bull rush, or a charge within 10 squares of you.
Target: The triggering ally in the the burst
Effect: The target gains a power bonus to the attack roll equal to your Intelligence modifier.
Tactical Supervision is an utility power available to warlords at 6th level.
Tactical Supervision was introduced in Martial Power.
CharOp Evaluation: Poor [Charop Warlord]
The only reason this is worth considering is the fact that this buffs basic attacks- something that Warlords can create. However, that's not really worth the power pick.
