Tainted Wounds is a feat.[HoS:158]

Adventurers with this feat who hit with a melee weapon attack prevents enemies from regaining hit points until the end of your next turn.

Although not rated by char-op, it is a useless feat as only an extremely limited number of creatures can regain hit points, and the ones that do are better handled by locking them down as long as possible.
