Do you still get to choose a build with Hybrids? Feel like this info should be on here. Want to make a ranger/fighter hybrid with the beastmaster build. Possible?

Yep! If you pick up the Hybrid Talent feat, one of a ranger/fighter's options is a weakened form of Beast Mastery (−1 penalty to all the beast's attack rolls and defenses). Rigel Kent (talk) 07:53, August 11, 2014 (UTC)
Since I was researching ranger/fighter stuff, I came across some charop tips. Hybrid fighter doesn't seem to do much for you. As a hybrid, you can only get a Combat Challenge mark on fighter attacks, and you can only get Hunter's Quarry damage on ranger attacks, so you can't do both at the same time.
A better optimized alternative might be to be a ranger, and multiclass into fighter. The fighter entry feats look nice for a striker. I'll add them on the fighter page shortly. Even the lowly PHB entry feat will work with any melee weapon attack, for example, marking both targets on a twin strike once per encounter. Rigel Kent (talk) 06:13, August 12, 2014 (UTC)
