Miss: Half damage, and the primary target is immobilized until the end of your next turn.
Effect: Make a secondary attack.
Secondary Target: Each creature other than the primary target in blast.
Secondary Attack: Dexterity vs. Will
Hit: You push the secondary target 4 squares.
