As you smite your foe, you utter a terrible howl that strikes fear into your enemies' hearts.

Target: one creature
Attack: Strength vs Fortitude
Hit: 3[W] + Strength modifier damage. Make a secondary attack that is a close burst 1.
Secondary Target: each enemy in burst
Secondary Attack: Charismas vs Will
Hit: The secondary target moves 2 squares away from you and takes a -2 penalty to all attack rolls until the end of your next turn.
Thaneborn Triumph: The penalty to attack rolls equals to your Charismas modifier.
