Vigorous Cadence is a daily power available to bards at 5th level.[AP:9]
Due to errata, this power is overshadowed by stirring shout, a level 1 daily which grants the same amount of hit points whenever an ally hits the target (something which can happen more often during an encounter.)

Originally, the effect line triggered whenever the target makes an attack roll. The errata changed it to trigger only on the first time it makes an attack roll on its turns. The change was intended to make it less powerful against elite or solo creatures.
