You use weapon thrusts, lunges, and parries to hedge in your adversary, preventing it from moving away from you.

Daily ✦ martial, weapon

Melee weapon

Target: One creature

Attack: Strength vs. Reflex

Hit: 3[W] + Strength modifier damage.

Effect: Until the end of the encounter, when you are adjacent to the target and it walks or runs, you can cancel that movement as an immediate interrupt.

Villain's Nightmare is a daily attack power available to warlords at level 5.

Villain's Nightmare was first introduced in the Player's Handbook.

CharOp Evaluation: Poor [Char-op Warlord]

Interesting effect, but you're not a Defender so negating movement might not be healthy for you, and a tactically aware enemy can easily shift and charge away from you.
