Wolf pack tactics is an at-will power available to warlords at 1st level.

This was once an auto-include in every Warlords toolkit, but with the new options available, it's standing is greatly diminished. One only needs so much shifting to flank- which is this attack's primary purpose- and after that, this basically becomes a MBA. Unless you specifically need lots of shifting for something, look elsewhere.
